The Ciragan doesn’t fail in delivery. From the start you are doused with attention. The rooms are beautifully decorated… The Spa is also great with a sauna Steam room and massage facilities as well as an indoor pool. Breakfast was more than adequate… The concierge was knowledgeable and friendly.

The Ciragan doesn’t fail in delivery. From the start you are doused with attention. The check in was seamless although when the Clark gave us options of other rooms we thought we were being upgraded a good marketing strategy it was not appreciated for such and establishment . The rooms are beautifully decorated with all the latest additions like usb ports. The bathroom is also great with all the amenities a nice addition would be a reed defuser with the signature Ciragen perfume this will add ambiance and make the bathroom smell sublime . The Spa is also great with a sauna Steam room and massage facilities as well as an indoor pool. The pool temperature was supposed to be 28 deg C but it was no where near that a bit of a disappointment so was the outdoor pool temperature not what was noted on the board.
