إسطنبول مدينتي المفضلة وهذا فندقي المفضل. كانت تجربة ممتازة كالعادة! موقع الفندق والغرفة مريحة ونظيفة جداً. طاقم ودود جداً!

Sublime elegance

The Ciragan doesn’t fail in delivery. From the start you are doused with attention. The check in was seamless although when the Clark gave us options of other rooms we thought we were being upgraded a good marketing strategy it was not appreciated for such and establishment . The rooms are beautifully decorated with all the latest additions like usb ports. The bathroom is also great with all the amenities a nice addition would be a reed defuser with the signature Ciragen perfume this will add ambiance and make the bathroom smell sublime . The Spa is also great with a sauna Steam room and massage facilities as well as an indoor pool. The pool temperature was supposed to be 28 deg C but it was no where near that a bit of a disappointment so was the outdoor pool temperature not what was noted on the board. Hello, everyone! So, first of all I can say that it is not my first time staying in this hotel. Istanbul is my lovely city and this hotel is my lovely hotel. And as everytime it was an excellent experience! The location of the hotel, the room is very comfortable and clean. Very friendly staff! As always! Beside it I would like to thank Ms. Esra, who was very friendly and helpful during my stay!
