Amazing location right next to Taksim Square. The hotel itself is very well equipped, and there was a very nice vibe all around. The view of the Bosphorus from all the rooftop restaurants was breathtaking, especially at night. The breakfast was exceptional with ample choice for every taste.

Mini bar hugely overpriced, small Pringles type crisps £10, small bottle of red £30! Beautiful hotel with fabulous views in a great area of the city
The location is great, next to Taksim. The room was spacious and quiet for sleeping. Very tidy and clean. The staff was very helpful. Lovely spa and hammam.

We were upgraded because we found ants in our bathroom. We were asked to wear caps in the swimming pool… The room service prices were a bit crazy, 30 euro for a Margarita pizza.

we need to inform abt breakfast its perfect but u hv noise pollution they need to work on decreasing the noise as much possible into the breakfast area

The swimming pool could have been warmer. Amazing location right next to Taksim Square. The hotel itself is very well equipped, and there was a very nice vibe all around. The view of the Bosphorus from all the rooftop restaurants was breathtaking, especially at night. The breakfast was exceptional with ample choice for every taste. In short, my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and it would be our place of choice for any future trips to the wonderful city of Istanbul. We were upgraded because we found ants in our bathroom. We were asked to wear caps in the swimming pool, which i did not see on the booking.com info. They charge us 7 euros for caps, which is not a lot, but it felt cheap and the actual caps were very cheap and fabric. The room service prices were a bit crazy, 30 euro for a Margarita pizza. On the last day we had go early and went to breakfast at 06:30, and there was just 1 person serving 10 tables and just 1 chef, also on the buffet some of the food (vegetables) was old from the previous day and some was missing. A 5-star establishment must keep its level all the time. The staff (reception, cleaning, parking, breakfast) is very nice and polite. We were upgraded from the 1st to the 8th executive floor. The breakfast was nice and we were lucky to get a table looking at the Bosphorus. The location is just next to Taksim square. You can get
