It was an amazing experience worth to try and repeat, The rooms are very clean and comfy Food; great taste with great options & different cuisine every time . Staff are very friendly , special thanks to Gulhan in main restaurant

I loved the entertainment. It was exceptional. The pool parties in the adult pool were brilliant fun. The Tulum night was one of the best shows I have seen.

Watersports and the concierge team for not helping with the issue. Poor English The watersport team will give you fake prices and then sting you with nonsense fees after. Everything except the over priced onsite scam artist watersports center
I felt the public pier is a bit out of date and over crowded. I loved the entertainment. It was exceptional. The pool parties in the adult pool were brilliant fun. The Tulum night was one of the best shows I have seen. Also the show Flirt was mind blowing.
The guy at the front door was a little rude to us when we were leaving and it was €60 for a taxi that they call for you when you are leaving to the airport. Uber was only €30 but I’m not sure if they let them in to the property. It’s extremely hard to get the a La carte restaurants you like. The Ubon restaurant at the waterfall looked so nice but we didn’t get a chance to try it. You could only pay the €1000 deposit with cash or credit card, not debit card. We had to take €1000 cash out of their bank machine and it charges you a 10% commission, so it cost us €100 to take out the cash for the deposit. We stayed as a couple for 6 nights. Beautiful property with so much to do. The van transfer to the hotel was very luxurious and is included in the price. Entertainment was incredible. Pool party for adults was excellent. Rooms were very spacious and beautifully decorated. Turn down service w
